360 Party Lab is a fast and fun way to live the moment, get to know the world and have a good time with others. You can send a photo or video to your friends or save the best moments of a costume party on your device.

When you use these services, and any other that the Carnavalonline family of companies implements, either in the 360 Party Lab application or elsewhere, you share information with us. We know that this can affect your privacy. Therefore, we want to be clear about the information we collect, the way we use it, who we share it with and the options we give you to control, access and update that information.

That's why we wrote this privacy policy. We have tried to write it so that it does not contain legal jargon, since it often makes it difficult to understand the contents of these documents. Of course, if you still have questions about some aspect of our privacy policy, just contact us.

Data we collect

We collect three basic categories of information:

Information you decide to share with us

Our application does not require the creation of a user to use it, so we do not keep information about your identity or that of your device directly. Nor do we access your list of contacts and therefore do not store or consult that information. Our application will allow you to save videos and photos in your gallery and share it with the services that your device offers. But never, we will access directly to your contacts.

Keep in mind that when you share pictures or videos made with 360 Party Lab with your contacts or friends, you'll always be saved or copied out of the application. Therefore, the same common sense that applies to the Internet in general also applies to 360 Party Lab: Do not send messages or share content that you would not want someone to save or share.

It is probably obvious, but please note: When you communicate with us through 360 Party Lab help or other pathways, we collect any information you provide to us on a voluntary basis.

Information we collect when you use our services

When you use our services, we collect information about what services you employ and how. We might know, for example, which products you have bought or downloaded, at what time, when you use the application, when you share videos or photographs, etc. Below you will find a more complete explanation of the type of information we collect when you use our services:

How long do we keep your content

360 Party Lab lets you capture what it's like to live the moment. All recorded captures and videos are stored only on your device and never on our servers. So it is you who decides when to share or when to delete such content.

The only data we store are usage and localization statistics. In no case is this data associated with your device, name, phone or identifier of any kind.

Finally, and this is important, you must understand that users who see the content you provide, always have the possibility to save it using a series of techniques: through screenshots, using features of the applications or some other Image capture technology. As with any digital information, someone could access the messages through an investigation or find them in the temporary storage memory of a device. Keep in mind that although our systems are designed to automatically execute our disposal practices, we cannot guarantee that this deletion will take place over a given period of time. In addition, we may have to suspend such disposal practices if we receive a valid legal requirement in which we are asked to retain the content or if we receive allegations of abuse or other breaches of the terms of service.
